Who are you?
Your profile:
- Good knowledge of Scrum or other Agile frameworks (practical approach, not dogmatic).
- Basic understanding of SAFe.
- Familiarity with Kanban principles and practices.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Open mindedness, creativity, and a willingness to learn from mistakes.
- Outcome oriented with strong communication skills.
- Passion for working in the role of Scrum/Agile Master.
- High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to engage others.
- Strong grasp of corporate and strategic perspectives with a high drive for innovation.
- Customer service orientation and assertive approach.
- Proficiency in English for both verbal and written business communication (B2/C1).

- Collaborating with other Scrum Masters.

- Senior position 12 000 - 22 000 zł gross (contract of employment)
- Standard position 9 000 - 16 000 zł gross (contract of employment)
