Why do we need you?
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Prepare regular management reports and ad-hoc financial analyses.
- Analyze actual results against budget/plan and identify, investigate, and explain variances.
- Monitor and analyze costs and budget execution, identifying deviations and their drivers.
- Cooperate with business stakeholders to understand the reasons behind financial deviations and support decision-making.
- Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Develop and improve analytical and controlling tools and reports.
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in controlling, FP&A, management reporting, or a similar analytical finance role.
- Hands-on experience in preparing financial and management reports, analyzing budget vs. actuals, and identifying and explaining variances.
- Experience in cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or monitoring budget execution.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Good understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles, with the ability to interpret financial data and reports.
- Ability to cooperate with business stakeholders and translate business needs into relevant financial analyses and insights.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Good command of spoken and written English (B2/C1).
